About Us

We are a specialised converting company, dedicated to the customised processing of premium food‑grade silicone paper. Rather than manufacturing raw paper ourselves, we source our materials exclusively from China’s leading, nationally recognised manufacturers – industry pioneers with decades of expertise in food‑contact paper production. Every incoming roll is procured from suppliers who hold valid QS (Quality Safety) production licences and operate under the most stringent quality management systems.

Our core competency lies in precision converting: we transform these high‑grade raw materials – through advanced slitting, die‑cutting, and forming techniques – into a vast array of ready‑to‑use food contact products, tailored precisely to our clients’ specifications.

Uncompromising Quality – The Highest Food Safety Standards

We uphold the most rigorous food safety standards across our entire supply chain. All our raw silicone paper complies with:

GB 4806.8‑2022 – China’s mandatory national food safety standard for food‑contact paper and paperboard products, which explicitly includes silicone paper within its scope. This standard strictly controls heavy metals, fluorescent whitening agents, and other migrating substances, and sets clear limits on chloropropanol residues to ensure safety even under heat and oil exposure.

GB 9685‑2016 – The national standard governing additives used in food‑contact materials and products, ensuring that every coating and additive in our paper is approved for safe food contact.

U.S. FDA (21 CFR §176.170) – Compliance with the United States Food and Drug Administration regulations for paper and paperboard components in contact with aqueous and fatty foods.

German BfR – Compliance with the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment recommendations for food‑contact paper.

Our raw material suppliers are certified with QS production licences (certificate numbers bearing the “XK” prefix), and many hold additional international certifications including ISO9001 (Quality Management), ISO22000 (Food Safety Management), BRC (British Retail Consortium Global Standard), BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative), and SGS third‑party testing reports. Every batch of incoming material undergoes systematic inspection – including dimensional accuracy, coating uniformity, heat resistance, and release performance – before it enters our converting line.

By choosing our products, you are not only ensuring food safety but also contributing to a greener, more sustainable future.
